It is not necessary for you to print and bring your e-ticket receipt with you.  Just please make sure you have a note of your confirmation number
 
IMPORTANT
  • Participant(s) must arrive by the start time displayed on the confirmation to participate in the program
  • Although we will try our best, Dolphin Research Center cannot always guarantee that all members of your party will interact from the same dock
  • All Dolphin Research Center guests are welcome to enter the facility throughout the day between 9:00am-3:00pm. Please ensure you are here by your check-in time at the latest if you are taking part in an interactive program.  If someone is visiting with you to observe they will be required to pay General Admission
Things to Know
  • In line with Dolphin Research Center's mission, our dolphin and sea lion families are our primary focus.  Therefore, on any given day, program times may vary based on the needs of the animals
  • To ensure maximum enjoyment for all, only animals that choose to be involved will participate in our in-water and dock programs
  • Remember to bring a towel and sunscreen and arrive with your bathing suit on under your clothes, so you are ready to go!
  • Between the months of November to April we strongly advise bringing a wetsuit to enjoy maximum experience in cooler water.  Dolphin Research Center does not provide wetsuits. However, they can be rented from local dive shops if you do not own one
  • Dolphin Research Center is not responsible for any lost or wet valuables
  • Staff photographer availability is limited. Some sessions may not have a staff photographer. Guests can have other members of their party take photos or videos from behind the ropes in the guest viewing areas. If you are participating in the program in the water, you may bring a waterproof camera as long as it floats and is attached to you
  • Digital downloads of photos from your interaction will be available for purchase 30 minutes after the program is completed. Credit card purchases only.
  • For the safety of all our animals selfie sticks are not permitted inside the facility
Weather
  • Programs take place rain or shine
  • If a program is canceled or delayed due to hazardous weather, rescheduling, rain checks or refunds will be arranged at that time

  • Reservations are non-refundable
  • Dolphin Research Center will charge an additional re-booking fee of $25.00 per participant should you request any changes to a reservation. You will NOT be charged if the change has been requested by Dolphin Research Center for any reason (such as hazardous weather). For reservation changes, please call 305 289-0002
  • In the event of bad weather, DRC will make every effort to complete the program on the day it is scheduled
  • If a program is canceled by Dolphin Research Center due to hazardous weather, rescheduling, refunds or rain checks will be arranged at that time

  • No Shows:
    • Full charge applies with no refunds
    Dolphin Research Center reserves the right to cancel or amend program content and price without notice

Price: $225 per person (includes all-day general admission).  Price does not include reservation fee.

Ages: 5 Yrs and Up. A paying participating adult (18+Yrs) must accompany a child 5-7 years old.

For safety and liability reasons, pregnant women are unable to participate in this program.

Duration: Your in-water experience will last 20-25 minutes.
